What we collect
Your name, email address, optional phone number, communication preference, your answers to the intake questions, and any resume or CV you choose to upload.
How we use it
Your information is used only to deliver your career pathway: to prepare for your consultation, develop your documents, and follow up with you. It is never sold.
Who can see it
Your information is accessible only to Dr. Marlene Allen and any authorized team members bound by confidentiality. Uploaded documents are stored privately.
How AI is used
AI supports the work. Human judgment leads every recommendation. With your permission, AI tools may help organize your intake responses so Dr. Allen can review them more efficiently. These tools are used only with settings that keep your information out of AI model training. Every recommendation and document is personally reviewed and approved by Dr. Allen.
You may decline AI assistance. If you do, Dr. Allen will prepare everything by hand, and your delivery timeline will be extended by 5 business days.
Marketing emails
Marketing emails are optional and never required to work with us. If you opt in, our email platform receives only your contact information and the pathway you are interested in. It never receives your intake answers, documents, or consultant notes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it
Your information is kept for 2 years after your engagement ends, then securely deleted.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing marlene@visionshrconsulting.com.
